Dear Rob: I have been watching your clips on you tube about the flat earth theory for a few months now, and I must say it has piqued my interest, and it has made me question a lot of things I thought I always knew. I think I have arrived at a solution to your quandary about knowing for sure if the earth is flat or is a spinning globe.
First of all, ask yourself this question: Can two parallel lines converge in the center of a mass. If you have two buildings standing side by side, both level and plumb, how can both of them point to the center of the earth? With curvature, both should be pointing skyward at a slightly different angle, becoming more pronounced the taller the buildings, and there would be an ever increasing gap from bottom to top. Let me know what you think! Basil Richmond
Interesting insight! I like it.
When will your KY conference videos be up on this site? I was unable to attend at the time. I wish I knew then what I know now.I was unaware of your work at the time. I would have made every effort to go. I would like to network with some like minded people. Thanks for your work.
